The Solution
We immediately set about building strong relationships with Hargreaves stakeholders. We deployed members of our Client Services team to project locations around the UK. And we partnered directly with project leadership teams to understand resource schedules and the intricacies of the onboarding process for each site.
In doing so, we became the key facilitator of the security clearance process, allowing Hargreaves to make key appointments and hit critical delivery milestones.
Our logistical expertise across the recruitment process also enabled Hargreaves to spend valuable time on their own specialist areas of project delivery.
Finally, we managed the development and launch of an online Timesheet Management platform. This allowed for swift and ready access, enabling workers and approvers to seamlessly submit data across multiple devices, thus improving mobility, accuracy and speed of client invoices.
