By working with employers and recruitment firms, we understand where the skills demand is throughout the country. We work with them to create bespoke training programmes and with referral partners to source and train individuals to help meet the job demand.

Our team of nationwide specialists have a wealth of knowledge relating to information, advice, guidance and training. We are also now working with a wide range of partners and employers to help fill skills gaps. Moreover, Innovative Alliance supports individuals from all backgrounds move into work, education or training.

Working in partnership with employers and recruitment agencies across the North West, we are passionate about supporting individuals into employment and further training.

We provide industry-led recruitment solutions. Our free recruitment service is designed to help employers meet business needs through the sourcing of enthusiastic and dedicated professionals from a range of backgrounds.

Closely aligned with our Sector Work Academy Programmes, we home in on our customer’s needs and partner with them to find and train the perfect candidates.

Sector Work Academy Programmes (SWAPs)

A Sector Work Academy Programme (SWAP) takes the guesswork out of recruitment. We work in partnership with employers, training providers and the JobCentre Plus to find, train and prepare eligible candidates for relevant job opportunities. SWAPs are as unique as the businesses we serve. And the benefits are clear – employers gain access to qualified candidates while our learners can progress in their chosen career paths.
