As a Group, our core business focus is on providing alternative education, industry training and both nationally and internationally recognised qualifications across multiple sectors.

And right now, we’re embarking upon rapid expansion across all of our divisions and business units.

This is a hugely exciting time to join us. We’re passionate about our product offerings and we’re constantly looking for new ways to innovate and inspire the communities we serve.

We are a nationally recognised UK provider, offering learning and training to young people and adults aged between eight and 60-years old.
Our mission statement and values are strategically driven and evaluated by our Board, which is made up of industry professionals who have expertise in international markets, business growth and the law.
As a Group, we employ over 165 people and have produced more than £21m in savings to the UK state and contribute upwards of £31m in social economic value.

Stronger, together. It's a family affair

Through the combined expertise of our businesses, we are leaders in education and training. The Progress Group works across the UK to deliver various education and training provision. We support individuals from eight-years-old upwards to gain nationally recognised qualifications whilst supporting them to achieve their potential through social interventions.

Driving positive outcomes and destinations for learners nationally.

Progress Education consists of Progress Schools and Progress Careers. This division works with young people aged between 11 – 19 to help give them to best chance of success in life.

Combined, they strive to fully equip every young person across the country with the knowledge, skills and behaviours they need to allow them to access the next stage of their life and the employability market.

Their delivery supports students in mainstream and alternative provision, to give them the education and guidance they need to thrive. Combined, they work to help us achieve our purpose.

Delivering today's workforce to meet tomorrow's demand.

Our Complete Workforce division includes Complete Skills Solutions and Complete Training Solutions. CSS delivers vocational and employability training to learners aged 19+, and supports those seeking work or who are already working but want progression.

Meanwhile, Complete Training Solutions is helping to create a greener, cleaner, future - one learner at a time. CTS is a specialist health and safety training provider for the offshore, rope access and construction industries. From our real-world training sites on the Liverpool waterfront, we deliver a wide range of accredited qualifications in the likes of GWO, IRATA, LEEA and CTIB.
